"account": "On Tuesday night, former MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell labeled President Trump \"insane\" following the latter's remarks about potentially targeting Los Angeles and San Diego with a nuclear strike during a Republican rally in Nebraska. Trump downplayed the consequences of engaging in war with Iran, stating that \"it's a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe,\" specifically mentioning the possibility of taking out those two cities. O'Donnell, in his commentary, asserted that the President of the United States had lost his mind and repeatedly demonstrated this mental instability. He highlighted that the governor of California had called the president's comments \"deranged\" and \"dangerous,\" and emphasized that this was the first instance in history where any world leader had proposed targets within their own country for a nuclear attack. O'Donnell also discussed the potential for impeachment proceedings against Trump and removal from office, suggesting that Republicans would need to be \"honest for the very first time in their lives about Donald Trump,\" which they are unlikely to do. Additionally, O'Donnell pointed out the hypocrisy of Trump referring to Natalie Harp, his executive assistant, as a \"perfect person,\" despite only making such a compliment to one individual in his life. He pointed out that Harp was born in San Diego, a city that Trump had suggested could be destroyed. O'Donnell criticized the lack of Republican opposition to these comments, including the silence of every Republican member of the House and Senate, with the exception of Congressman Darrell Issa, who represents the San Diego area.",
