"account": "In a shocking development, a 33-year-old man named Monsuru Musa has been apprehended for allegedly sitting a promotion examination on behalf of his 60-year-old father, Musa Mohammed, who is an employee of the FCT Fire Service. The incident occurred during the third day of the promotion examination organized by the FCT Civil Service Commission at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) premises.\n\nSecurity personnel, deployed for the examination, apprehended Monsuru on the third day of the exam. During questioning, Monsuru claimed that his father was ill and unable to take the examination himself. He further stated that his father had instructed him to sit for the exam on his behalf. Monsuru's account of his father's age, however, was inconsistent, with his father stating he would turn 60 in February 2027, while Monsuru claimed his father was between 67 and 68 years old.\n\nMusa Mohammed, the father, confirmed to security officials that he completed primary school in 1977 and secondary school in 1982. Both Monsuru and his father were subsequently handed over to the police for further investigation following their statements to Department of State Services (DSS) operatives.",
