"account": "Parents of a young girl seen carrying beer bottles on the streets of Tuen Mun have been arrested for possible child neglect, according to police. The 38-year-old father and 32-year-old mother were detained on suspicion of ill-treatment or neglect by child welfare authorities. The incident came to light after a passerby filmed the scene and posted the video on social media, leading to widespread public concern. The nearly four-minute video, captured at Fu Tai Estate, showed the girl – believed to be around 10 years old – holding one bag of beer in each hand while wearing a school uniform. A man and two children are also seen in the footage accompanying the girl. Police have referred the case to the Social Welfare Department, which has already contacted the family. A multi-disciplinary case conference will be held to assess the family's needs and formulate a follow-up plan to provide assistance based on the child's health, developmental status, and the family's caregiving capacity. The school the girl attends has issued a statement, stating that social workers and teachers intervened immediately and pledged to continue monitoring the situation. They also asked the public to refrain from sharing the video further to protect the girl's privacy and mental health.",
