"account": "On October 7, 2026, astronauts aboard the International Space Station undocked the SpaceX Crew-12 Dragon spacecraft from the Harmony module. The five-person crew comprised NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev.\n\nThe crew's departure was broadcast via real-time audio-only, providing an update on the undocking process. Mission control communicated with the astronauts, while live video footage was captured from inside the orbital laboratory.\n\nThe Crew-12 astronauts are set to return to Earth on Thursday, October 8, at 10:20 a.m. ET. The splashdown is expected to occur at around 11:34 a.m. off the California coast, followed by crew recovery. Those interested in watching the return can tune in to NASA's live coverage starting at 10:20 a.m. on the designated date and time. Further information and updates on station activities can be found on NASA's website, @space_station's X account, as well as the ISS Facebook and Instagram pages.",
