"account": "Jaguar has unveiled the first model of its all-electric vehicle line, the Jaguar Type 01, marking a radical new beginning for the luxury car maker. Priced at £130,000 ($153,500), the Gran Turismo is aimed at revitalizing the storied British brand. Orders for the Type 01 are expected to start at the beginning of 2027, over two years after Jaguar halted the sale of new vehicles in the UK as part of a major repositioning. The company's shift is intended to attract younger customers, as the brand has traditionally appealed to middle-aged men and its vehicles have been used as government cars by British Prime Ministers. This move represents a significant departure from Jaguar's past as the first new Jaguar model in eight years could very well decide the fate of the brand. The radical repositioning of the brand faced criticism in 2024 after a promotional video was released, which was supposed to generate excitement for the revival but alienated traditionalists with its lack of cars and expressionless models instead.",
