"account": "Secretary of State Marco Rubio is set to deliver a speech in Greece, urging Western nations to return to their civilizational roots and restore the values that propelled Europe and North America to global dominance for centuries. As he stands at the Acropolis, a symbol of ancient Greece and democratic governance, Rubio plans to remind his audience of virtues such as curiosity, courage, ambition, and a restless spirit of exploration. He will emphasize that loyalty to one's nation is not selfish and that defense of its interests is paramount. Rubio's speech, scheduled for later Wednesday, comes amid growing criticism from the U.S. administration over Europe's perceived backsliding on democracy and international commitments. The trip marks Rubio's second leg of a NATO tour that began in Iceland and will conclude in Portugal.",
