"summary": "Humayun Kabir, chief of the AJUP and Nowda MLA, hinted at early retirement from politics following his arrest during polling in Rejinagar, a Muslim-majority constituency in Murshidabad district. Kabir, who has been embroiled in controversy during the campaign, claimed that the BJP would win the bypoll and announced he would not attend the Assembly as long as Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari remained in office, expressing his desire to seek forgiveness from the people of Nowda. The dramatic turn of events has added another twist to the closely watched bypoll, where Kabir's son Golam Nabi Azad is contesting as the AJUP candidate.",
