"account": "A recent Gallup poll reveals that Democrats have significantly higher confidence in the integrity of US elections compared to both Republicans and independents. Sixty-three percent of Democrats express confidence in election integrity, while only 37% of Republicans and 35% of independents share the same sentiment. This trend marks the first time in recent years that those who disapprove of the current US leadership are more likely to trust in the electoral process than those who approve of it.\n\nThe findings underscore the growing Democratic concerns over President Donald Trump potentially manipulating election procedures. They warn of Trump's efforts to exert more control over mail-in voting and deploy Justice Department monitors at polling stations. Moreover, this data highlights the US as an anomaly among the more than 100 countries Gallup surveyed, where people who support their country's leaders consistently exhibit higher confidence in election integrity.",
