"summary": "Ukrainian forces have struck several targets that help Russia finance and wage its war, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The targets included two oil facilities and a training ground within Russia, as well as a response operation in the Black Sea.\n\nA Ukrainian drone attack targeted an oil tanker off Russia's southern coast, putting 23 Indian crew members at risk, according to Russia's Transport Ministry. The ministry reported that crude oil was burning in the waters of the Black Sea, and firefighters planned to attempt to bring the blaze under control once the fire's intensity decreased. The incident occurred near Sochi, a Russian resort city on the Black Sea coast.\n\nThe tanker attack comes amid growing concerns over the safety of commercial shipping in and around the Black Sea amid the Russia-Ukraine war. According to Live Mint, another commercial vessel, the MV Royad Mammadov, caught fire and sank off the Romanian coast in the Black Sea, resulting in two foreign nationals dead and several crew members injured, including three Indians.",
