"account": "SpaceX's Starlink, the satellite communication venture led by Elon Musk, has tailored its operations to meet India's security and regulatory requirements, according to a senior company official. At the India Mobile Congress 2026, Lauren Dreyer, Starlink's Business Operations Vice President, revealed that the firm has invested in the necessary infrastructure to serve the Indian market. Dreyer emphasized that Starlink has implemented comprehensive controls at every level to adhere to Indian security standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that user data remains within the country. The Indian government has issued licenses to three companies, including Starlink, to provide satellite communication services in the nation. However, these companies must secure spectrum and gain security clearance before commencing operations. Dreyer confirmed that Starlink has already invested in and established the requisite ground infrastructure, consisting of 20 gateway sites equipped with hundreds of antennas, positioning the company to promptly serve India's needs.",
