"account": "Five people were killed and 26 injured, including five children, in a Russian missile strike on a residential building in Pryluky, Chernihiv region, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The apartment complex, a five-story structure, may still have survivors trapped under the rubble as rescue workers tirelessly search the area. Zelenskyy remarks that this attack on an ordinary apartment building came on what should have been a day of peace—a birthday gift to Russian President Vladimir Putin. In addition to Pryluky, Russian attacks also struck Dnipro, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhia, and Kyiv, causing damage to multiple apartment buildings and resulting in at least five fatalities across several Ukrainian cities.",
