"account": "A Russian missile strike on an apartment building in Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, on October 7th claimed four lives and left at least 20 people injured, according to regional governor Vyacheslav Chaus. Among the injured were three children, and a separate missile attack ignited a fire at an industrial facility.\n\nThe missile barrage began around 6:00 a.m., targeting a local business and a children's and youth community center in Pryluky. Search and rescue teams are currently working at the scene to retrieve survivors from the debris. The overnight attacks on Pryluky are part of a broader, coordinated Russian assault across multiple Ukrainian regions.\n\nEarlier in the night, powerful explosions shook Kyiv and its surrounding areas, as well as Dnipro and Zaporizhzhya. Russian ballistic missiles rained down on Kyiv, hitting districts including Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Darnytskyi. In Kremenchuk, a massive drone and missile attack caused significant damage to the city's residential neighborhoods since the start of the full-scale invasion. Mayor Vitaliy Maletskyi stated that the recent barrage inflicted some of the worst damage to Pryluky's residential areas.",
