"summary": "Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has emphasized the need to stop terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) at any cost, during a meeting with Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam in Islamabad. The premier expressed his desire for KP to develop like other parts of the country and appreciated the sacrifices made by its people against terrorism. The meeting also covered ongoing matters and progress in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), with the prime minister directing continued efforts to ensure the welfare, development, and provision of basic facilities for the people of these regions. In August, KP recorded a 50% increase in terrorist attacks compared to July, with five security forces personnel killed in an intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan on October 2.",
