"account": "On Wednesday, two individuals lost their lives in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv due to a Russian air strike that occurred in close proximity to the city. The attack resulted in a fire in a garage cooperative, prompting Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko to announce the tragic news via Telegram. Witnesses reported hearing blasts throughout the city. In addition to Kyiv, Russian strikes on the southeastern city of Dnipro caused damage to an industrial facility, transport infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia, and apartment buildings in Kremenchuk, according to regional officials communicating through the Telegram messaging app.\n\nUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed concerns in his nightly video address on Tuesday, revealing that recent intelligence indicated Russia was preparing a massive attack against Ukraine. He assured that Ukrainian services and the air force are prepared to respond to the extent permitted by the available defensive means. Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine's position heavily depends on the support its allies can provide in terms of weaponry to defend against the impending Russian assault. He stressed the critical importance of the political will to provide necessary defensive capabilities, particularly from the United States, Europe, and other global partners. Zelenskyy concluded his message by highlighting that a great deal depends on the willingness of these partners to contribute to Ukraine's defense.",
