"account": "Businesswoman Apostle Folorunso Alakija urged Nigerian women to move beyond having a voice to leading societal transformation at the 10th Voice of Women Conference and Awards in Lagos. Alakija emphasized that a voice alone is potential, and women must find the capacity to make meaningful use of opportunities. She explained that true influence comes when one's presence makes a difference, urging women to use their success to solve problems, mentor younger women, and provide solutions to communities. Alakija also challenged the audience to consider not only what they have achieved but what will remain because of their leadership. Dr. Stella Okoli, founder of Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries, spoke on the importance of turning voices into value, explaining that a voice becomes truly powerful when it creates value by building businesses, industries, and nation-building. Okoli emphasized that women should not wait until they have everything before starting their businesses, but rather begin with something, even if it's just a single product or employee.",
