"account": "Iran-aligned Houthis struck Yemen's Aden airport with two missiles early Wednesday, though no injuries were reported according to the Aden security department. The assault occurs as fighting escalates, following weeks of Houthi gains along Yemen's Red Sea coast and a Saudi-backed government offensive that has reclaimed territory near the crucial Bab al-Mandab Strait. The airport serves as a vital international transit point for regions under Houthi control. Earlier, the Saudi-led coalition announced the destruction of a ballistic missile launched by the Houthis towards Khamis Mushait, a city in southern Saudi Arabia. The coalition attributed the missile threats to the Houthi-controlled capital, Sanaa, and the governorates of Saada and Amran. Houthi-affiliated Al Masirah TV later claimed Saudi forces conducted an attack in the central governorates of Ibb and Taiz, though this has not been confirmed by the Saudi-led coalition.",
