"account": "A Turkish-owned cargo ship named Alfa Watan sank and its crew remains missing after being targeted by drones in the Black Sea, according to Bulgarian officials. A second vessel, carrying grain, was also hit within Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone, with 18 crew members rescued. Prime Minister Rumen Radev did not disclose the perpetrators, as Russia escalates strikes in the Black Sea, particularly on the eastern side, amid its war against Ukraine. Russia has not commented on the incident, which occurred a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Moscow of attacking a civilian vessel carrying corn. EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen described the attacks as \"unacceptable.\" The drone strikes happened around 03:00 (23:00 GMT) about 70 miles (112 km) off the coastal town of Byala in eastern Bulgaria. The Alfa Watan, a Turkish-owned general cargo ship, was en route to Sulina, Romania. Its current cargo and crew count remain unknown. A Bulgarian vessel was present but found only an overturned boat and life-saving equipment. A search operation is underway. Bulgarian sailors rescued the crew from the second ship, including two injured individuals, who were Turkish and Indian nationals. The second ship, the Able, was also flying the Palau flag and transporting grain. The last known location of the Able was five nautical miles (9km) from the Alfa Watan.",
