The conversation centers around what makes a development truly liveable as Abu Dhabi continues to expand and attract new residents and businesses. Awad emphasizes that developers must consider the everyday needs of residents, not just the aesthetics of individual buildings. According to her, beautiful architecture is not sufficient if a development does not cater to the practical aspects of living, working, and spending time within a community. She stresses the importance of integrating elements such as open spaces, walkability, amenities, and community infrastructure from the initial stages of master planning. Awad also discusses how these considerations fit into the broader transformation of Abu Dhabi, as the city's population and economy continue to evolve. She notes that changing lifestyles and expectations are shaping the future of real estate in the region.",
