"account": "The Senator Sharafadeen Alli Campaign Organisation has declared Governor Seyi Makinde's presidential ambition under the Allied People's Movement as \"dead on arrival\" following Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed's commendation of President Bola Tinubu. Alli, who is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, accused Makinde's presidential bid of lacking credibility and sustainability, noting that the Bauchi governor's praise of Tinubu's economic reforms and achievements in security, health, and finance has exposed the \"emptiness\" of Makinde's bid. The Alli campaign team argues that Mohammed's public acknowledgement of Tinubu's performance has effectively nullified Makinde's presidential push, as it raises questions about the cohesion, conviction, and sustainability of the coalition behind Makinde's bid. The statement questions the political justification for Makinde asking Nigerians to replace the President, given the contradiction between his presidential ambition and his governor's praise for Tinubu. The Alli campaign team claims that Makinde's presidential campaign is collapsing, as it is based on a foundation of contradictions before the real contest even begins. They assert that Makinde's ambition appears more like a political bargaining chip for the 2027 election rather than a serious pathway to Aso Rock.",
