"account": "Nigerian tech firm HeySpender has introduced a social giving platform that centralizes wishlist creation, fundraising, and support for creators. Founder and CEO Awwal Goke explained the platform's purpose is to streamline the act of requesting and receiving assistance among friends, family, and communities. Users can establish wishlists for events such as birthdays or weddings, or set Cash Goals to gather funds for specific financial aims. By sharing profile links, social media, or QR codes, others can access and contribute to these requests. The platform also offers Creator Mode, enabling content creators to receive direct financial backing from their followers. Goke emphasized that creators dedicate considerable time to community-building and sought to offer a space where audiences can actively support the creators. The HeySpender platform also recognizes Top Spenders, acknowledging those who consistently contribute to others. Users can link their social media or websites to their profiles. The company aims to foster an environment where individuals feel at ease expressing their needs and others can easily contribute. Currently available on the web and through Android and iOS apps, HeySpender enables users to create profiles, set goals, share wishlists, and receive contributions. Operating under the motto, \"For Creators. For Wishers. By Spenders,\" the platform is accessible via its website and mobile applications.",
