"summary": "North Korea has defended China's One China policy, while accusing the United States of supporting Taiwan independence and escalating tension in the region. In an article titled \"U.S. Is Acting Rashly,\" published by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), international affairs analyst Kim Myong-chol blamed the U.S. for destroying regional stability and escalating the situation under the pretext of opposing unilateral attempts at changing the status quo in the Taiwan Strait. Kim criticized the recent delivery of a U.S. fighter jet to Taiwan, calling it a \"shameless act of planting a bomb at the gate of someone else's house\" and claiming that U.S. munitions supplied to Taiwan through overseas arms sales over the past decade amounted to more than $39 billion. The analyst emphasized that the Taiwan issue is an internal affair of China, and no outside forces have the right to interfere in it.",
