"account": "Jennifer Lundy, a mother from Orlando, has filed a lawsuit against Universal Orlando Resort and its roller coaster manufacturer, Mack Rides, alleging that her 9-year-old son, identified as L.L., fell unconscious during a ride on the Stardust Racers. The incident occurred on October 13, 2025, and the lawsuit claims that the forces generated by the roller coaster, which can reach speeds of 62 mph and heights of 133 feet, caused the child's unconsciousness. Lundy is seeking compensation of over $50,000, excluding court and legal fees. The lawsuit also references the death of 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, who lost consciousness on the same coaster and later died from blunt injuries. Universal Orlando responded, claiming that Lundy was negligent for not using reasonable care for her son's safety and that he knowingly assumed the risks associated with riding a thrill ride.",
