"account": "Justine Musk, ex-wife of billionaire Elon Musk, has described him as someone who \"thrives on chaos,\" according to a recent interview. She told Kara Swisher that everything in Musk's life is seen as a \"life and death\" situation, and he lives with intense urgency. Justine Musk compared her ex-husband to an individual who creates a parachute mid-fall, illustrating his ability to invent solutions in the moment. Current and former xAI employees have echoed similar sentiments, describing Musk's leadership style as one of constant \"fire drills\" under his watch. Justine Musk noted that Musk's language often frames challenges as existential emergencies with an element of performance. She said that for Musk, everything is intense, and he lives with that pitch of intensity. This intensity, she believes, is not just a management style but a personal characteristic where chaos makes him feel comfortable. Justine Musk also highlighted that Musk's actions can be disruptive, drawing people in with his excitement before they realize the extent of his changes.",
