"account": "The presence of Carlie Irsay-Gordon, principal owner and CEO of the Indianapolis Colts, on the team's sideline during games has drawn significant attention and criticism. In an interview on Monday in London, Irsay-Gordon explained that she is merely trying to educate herself about the organization's football operations and coaching approach to improve her leadership effectiveness. She admitted having a \"fifth-grade reading level understanding\" of the game and emphasized the importance of listening and asking questions as a good leader. Irsay-Gordon and her sister, Kalen Jackson, appeared on the sports talk show Front Office Sports Tonight the day after the Colts' 2-2 win against the Washington Commanders. Irsay-Gordon became the principal owner following her father Jim Irsay's death last year, and she now shares ownership with her sister Kalen and Casey Foyt, who also serves as executive vice president. The debate surrounding Irsay-Gordon's sideline behavior intensified following Sunday's win, with Bill Simmons criticizing her actions on his podcast. Irsay-Gordon maintained that her role as principal owner remains largely unchanged since her father's passing and that she is simply trying to learn more about the team's operations.",
