"account": "The Honor X5d s, a budget smartphone with an unconventional rear touchscreen, is set to launch in South Africa on October 7 at a recommended price of 2,499 South African rand (~US$150). Boasting a 2.01-inch rear LCD touchscreen, the device provides quick access to call alerts, media controls, and camera preview. The touchscreen can also act as a viewfinder for the 50MP primary camera, enabling users to frame selfies taken with the rear camera. The phone features a 6.78-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate (potentially up to 120Hz) and a 50MP f/1.8 rear camera with 4x digital zoom and LED flash. The X5d s also includes a 5MP front camera that supports 1080p video recording. Powered by Unisoc T610 octa-core chip with a maximum clock speed of 1.8GHz, the phone comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, expandable up to 1TB via a dedicated three-card slot. The device runs Android 16 Go edition, and its battery capacity is rated at 6,000mAh, though wired charging is limited to 15W. The Honor X5d s is priced affordably at 2,499 South African rand (~US$150), but its hardware and features cater to budget-conscious buyers. The Unisoc T610 chipset, 720 x 1576 main display, 15W charging, and entry-level Android OS are notable compromises. The phone's appeal lies in its rear touchscreen, 6,000mAh battery, and expandable storage, making it a potential choice for users seeking these features at a lower price point.",
