"account": "The Obuasi East Municipal Assembly has ordered the removal of temporary structures and containers from a designated road reservation near Kwabrafoso-Padmore School. In a notice dated September 3, 2026, the Assembly, represented by Municipal Coordinating Director Richard Blevi, gave affected developers until September 30, 2026, to clear the encroaching containers. Failure to comply would lead to further enforcement actions.\n\nThis directive follows an earlier notice issued on July 15, 2026, inviting owners at the Brahabebome-Rab Junction area to a meeting to discuss their structures. The Assembly had directed those shop owners to appear before the Municipal Chief Executive at the Assembly's office on July 16 for discussions regarding their containers.\n\nThe latest action is part of the Assembly's efforts to address structures located within the road reservation. Those affected who need more information should reach out to the Physical Planning Department of the Obuasi East Municipal Assembly.",
