"account": "A Burlington couple, Denise Tisor and David Blake, defrauded over 100 people out of $265,000 by selling them non-existent Taylor Swift concert tickets. The couple pleaded guilty to fraud and possession of property obtained by crime, respectively. They admitted to defrauding 107 victims who believed they were buying legitimate tickets for Toronto concerts in November 2024. Many victims, including parents and children, expressed deep distress and anger at the scam, stating Tisor was someone they trusted. The couple will likely avoid jail, with a conditional sentence order of two years less a day for Tisor and six months for Blake.",
