The attack, which Zelenskyy described as a Russian combined assault utilizing both maritime and aerial drones, was confirmed after discussions with Bulgarian authorities. In his evening statement, Zelenskyy emphasized the need to fully collaborate with partners to bolster protection measures for Ukraine and other nations affected by Russian aggression. He also highlighted a similar attack in Romanian waters the day before, underscoring the ongoing escalation of Russian activities in the region.
