"account": "In Yenagoa, a 50-year-old murder suspect, Bethlehem Nwanlia, collapsed and passed away at the Bayelsa State High Court on Tuesday. Nwanlia, along with two others, was on trial for conspiracy, kidnapping, and the alleged murders of three individuals in Kalaba community. The victims were identified as Odeinyefa Ogbolosingha, Kolibo Francis Amabelimo, and Samuel Oburo. The suspects were detained in 2022 by the Violent Crime Response Unit, headed by CSP Chris Nwaogbo. Nwanlia had been experiencing health issues, including hypertension and stroke, during his time in custody at the Okaka Medium Correctional Centre. After the judge's absence, the court adjourned judgment to October 27, 2026. Nwanlia slumped immediately after the adjournment announcement in Court 11, where Justice Amadise Ekadi was presiding. Despite attempts to revive him, Nwanlia's efforts were unsuccessful, and he was later transported to a hospital for examination and confirmation of his demise.",
