"account": "New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has introduced a $7.4 million strategy to combat antisemitism, according to financial filings. The initiative allocates $6.4 million for hate-crime prevention and support, $1 million for synagogue security upgrades, expanded Holocaust education, investments in Jewish cultural institutions, and enhanced coordination between city agencies and Jewish organizations. However, the strategy does not define antisemitism and omits references to Zionism or anti-Zionism. The funding will bolster Partners Against the Hate (PATH) grants, with a portion going to anti-Israel organizations like the Arab American Association of New York (AAANY), which has given over $223,000 to CAIR-NY since 2021. CAIR, founded by co-founders facing terrorism-related scrutiny, has faced criticism for its extreme anti-Israel and antisemitic messaging.",
