"account": "Rams defensive end Myles Garrett is on track for a return from knee surgery, according to Coach Sean McVay. However, the timeline for Garrett's return remains uncertain. The coach confirmed that Garrett is making excellent progress in his rehabilitation, but the Rams are still unsure of how many additional games he may miss. McVay and sports medicine coordinator Reggie Scott plan to discuss Garrett's progress further this week. The team hopes to have a clearer idea of Garrett's expected return date by Thursday. Garrett's absence in Week 1 due to his injury has been a significant setback for the Rams, especially considering his recent high-profile signing. The priority, however, is Garrett's full recovery, with the ultimate goal being the return of the formidable player in the upcoming games.",
