"account": "Nearly 51 years since his death, Datin Rita Koo Swee Kim, daughter of the late Perak police chief Tan Sri Khoo Chong Kong, reflects on the memory of her father. In her teenage years, Rita was informed about her father's unfortunate fate via a police officer call, though no further details were provided. Upon learning of the incident, Rita and her husband journeyed back to Ipoh to locate and support her father amidst his attack by communist forces. Rita, now 78, recalls her father's unwavering commitment to his duties, even if it meant long hours spent away from home, often for months on end. Despite his stern exterior during work, she remembered him as a loving and principled father who stood by his convictions. The official opening of the Muallim District Police Headquarters saw the unveiling of a pantomime performance, which stirred up poignant memories for Rita. Holding onto the uniform her father wore during the tragic event, Rita was deeply moved, reliving the past and honoring her father's sacrifice.",
