"account": "The Senate has postponed its two-day National Security Summit, originally scheduled for October 12 and 13, due to the tragic death of 25 officers and seven crew members in a Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash in Ondo State. The decision to postpone the summit, led by Senator Opeyemi Bamidele, was made in line with the three-day national mourning period declared by President Bola Tinubu. The ad hoc committee had already completed preparations for the summit following zonal public hearings. President Tinubu ordered a thorough investigation into the crash, which claimed the lives of 25 military personnel and seven crew members. The Senate expressed deep condolences to the President, armed forces, and the families of the deceased officers. A new date for the summit will be announced at a later time, and participants are urged to bear with the Senate during this period of national mourning.",
