"account": "The Emmy Awards are set to shift from broadcast networks to Prime Video starting in 2027, marking a significant change in the ceremony's history. This decision comes as part of a six-year agreement between Amazon and the Television Academy, ending a seven-decade tenure on traditional broadcast networks. The transition is seen as a way to increase the show's viewership and bring in a younger audience. The deal, which is effective immediately, will allow the Emmy Awards to continue airing free of charge, without the need for a Prime Video subscription. This move follows a similar shift seen with the Oscars, which moved to YouTube in 2029. Despite potential challenges such as scheduling conflicts with major sports events, industry insiders believe this partnership could help boost the Emmy Awards' ratings and expand its reach.",
