"account": "Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale has brought the paperback Witcher box set to its lowest price all year. The five-book collection is now priced at $39.99, a significant drop from its previous $89.99 price tag, saving buyers 47% off the original cost. While this deal is frequently offered, now appears to be an opportune moment to invest in the collection, especially for those looking to delve into the Witcher book series concurrently with the recently released The Witcher 3 Remastered. The box set comprises the main five Witcher novels but does not include the two short story collections, The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny, though these can still be acquired separately at discounted prices, including the recent release Crossroads of Ravens, which serves as a prequel to the series. Notably absent from this particular collection is the latest book in the series, Crossroads of Ravens, which can be purchased separately for $15, representing a 25% discount. In an interview with IGN, Witcher author Andrzej Sapkowski discussed future adaptations, upcoming books, and the potential for more short stories, acknowledging the difficulty in crafting compelling short stories. For those who prefer audiobooks, an Audible deal allows new and returning subscribers to enjoy the first three months of Standard membership for just $0.99 per month, along with a $20 credit, essentially granting access to the full-cast Witcher audiobooks at a reasonable price. As an alternative to reading, this offer may appeal to fans keen to experience the Witcher stories through an audio format.",
