"summary": "Dubai Police have arrested two suspects in a major phone scam that defrauded residents of nearly Dh11.9 million, according to Gulf News. The suspects impersonated representatives of official and international entities, threatening victims with fabricated legal cases and instructing them to transfer money to overseas accounts. The Anti-Fraud Centre's investigation revealed that the fraudsters used social media to recruit individuals who received victims' personal details and operational instructions. Police urge the public to remain vigilant and verify any suspicious communications through official channels before taking action.",
