"account": "Samsung Biologics Sangsaeng Labor Union has requested collective bargaining with Samsung Electronics, following the implementation of the Yellow Envelope Law. This law, introduced through Articles 2 and 3 of the revised Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, grants the union the right to engage in negotiations with Samsung Electronics over personnel and wage systems. The union argued that Samsung Electronics, as Samsung Biologics' employer, holds the power to set working conditions, including personnel standards, evaluation criteria, and compensation levels. Key demands for the bargaining include uniform standards for job and rank systems, evaluation and promotion processes, wage structures, and compensation for core personnel. The union aims to present Samsung Electronics with evidence substantiating their claim of practical control over Samsung Biologics' working conditions. The union plans to initiate the first round of negotiations on October 14 at Samsung Biologics' facilities in Songdo, Incheon. Union leader Park Jae-sung stated that the union believes Samsung Electronics possesses the authority to enforce practical control over the company's operations.",
