"account": "Düsseldorf – Lars Hinrichs, a co-founder of Xing, has launched a new mobile phone tariff called Simsalasim, aimed at challenging established players such as Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone. A spokesperson for the company confirmed that a test operation will commence in the coming week, with the service set to become available to all end customers in a few weeks. The news was first reported by the \"Bild\" newspaper.\n\nHinrichs, who served on the supervisory board of Deutsche Telekom for over eleven years, is now stepping into the market to directly challenge the telecom giant. This move has not gone unnoticed by his former colleagues within the Telekom, as reported by the Handelsblatt. The Simsalasim Germany GmbH was registered in the company register in September 2024, approximately half a year before Hinrichs resigned from his position on the Telekom supervisory board. A Telekom manager, speaking anonymously, criticized Hinrichs for having access to internal documents during his tenure at the company.",
