"account": "Dubai: Michael Jordan has pledged a staggering $10 million to the University of North Carolina School of Social Work, marking the largest single gift in the school's history. This generous donation is a heartfelt tribute to Jordan's mother, Deloris P. Jordan. The contribution will bolster programs aimed at enhancing the health and welfare of women, children, and families. In recognition of this generous gift, the Global Social Development Innovations Center at UNC will be renamed the Deloris P. Jordan Global Social Development Innovations Center. Furthermore, the donation will bolster the Jordan Institute for Families and offer scholarships to Master of Social Work students. Former NBA star Michael Jordan, who once played at North Carolina, expressed how meaningful the donation is to his family, stating that his mother has always been an advocate for helping children, families, and communities. The donation also establishes the Jordan Family Scholars program, where ten Master of Social Work students will be honored as inaugural scholars, each receiving a $12,500 scholarship. UNC University believes that Jordan's latest commitment will make social work education more accessible and bolster the workforce supporting children and families.",
