"account": "Flooding has caused significant disruption at Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park in Tay Ninh Province, affecting more than 100 companies over the past week. This unprecedented flooding has left water levels reaching 50-80 centimeters in some areas, far exceeding typical rainfall conditions where water would usually recede quickly. The ongoing flood has posed serious risks to traffic safety, with numerous vehicles breaking down and workers falling into collapsed areas. Additionally, the transport of essential materials and goods has been severely impacted. Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, spanning 257 hectares and employing around 13,000-14,000 workers, has been operating for over two decades. An inspection discovered that the Ranh Canal, crucial for drainage, has four closed culverts, allowing water levels on the park side to be 60-100 centimeters higher than surrounding areas. Overgrown vegetation and debris in the canal could be exacerbating the problem. The park management is urgently seeking intervention from the Tay Ninh People’s Committee and relevant authorities to clear blockages and restore proper drainage to prevent further disruptions, particularly during heavy rains.",
