"account": "The Forum for Constitutional Democracy (FCD) has expressed strong disapproval of the Delhi Police's alleged failure to register an FIR against ACP Vivek Bhagat, following three complaints from female journalists regarding his alleged molestation. The FCD made this statement on Monday, October 5, following complaints received by the police on October 4. The police subsequently forwarded the complaints to the Crime Branch for investigation, though the FIR had not been registered at the time of the FCD's statement. The forum questioned the police's decision to first conduct a preliminary inquiry before registering a case, arguing that registering the FIR immediately and then transferring the case to the Crime Branch would have been more appropriate. It also highlighted that two of the three journalists had previously complained against the ACP, yet no action had been taken against him. The FCD demanded that the journalists' complaints be investigated promptly, with an FIR registered against Mr. Bhagat pending the inquiry, and that he be immediately suspended.",
