"account": "The husband of Rawalpindi Additional Deputy Commissioner Maleeha Sehar has been arrested on judicial remand in connection with allegations of domestic violence, according to officials from the Women Police Station in Rawalpindi. Sehar, a mother of two and the ADC, filed a formal complaint against her husband, alleging that he subjected her to physical and psychological abuse, confinement, and threats over an extended period, reportedly for several months.\n\nIn her police statement, Sehar detailed a recent incident on October 2 where she claims her husband physically assaulted her, seized her mobile phone, and confined her to a room for extended hours. She further alleged that he prevented her from reaching out to her family, her children, or seeking help from law enforcement. Moreover, Sehar alleged that her husband made threatening statements, expressing intent to harm her and her children.\n\nThe additional deputy commissioner expressed grave concern for her life and well-being in her complaint with the police, requesting medical examination and legal proceedings to preserve evidence of her injuries. Following the filing of the formal complaint, police swiftly arrested her husband, who was subsequently transferred to custody on judicial remand after a court order. Authorities stated that they are currently conducting further investigations into the alleged incidents of domestic violence.",
