"summary": "The Plateau State Government has initiated an investigation into the recent attack on traders returning from the Bukuru Kara Livestock Market in Jos South Local Government Area. Commissioner for Information and Communication, Joyce Lohya Ramnap, announced this in a statement, emphasizing that the probe aims to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident and identify the perpetrators. The government has also urged all communities, traders, pastoralists, and other stakeholders to maintain peace and refrain from actions that may exacerbate tensions. They have specifically warned against reprisal attacks or taking matters into individual hands. The Plateau government is actively engaging relevant stakeholders to enhance security measures along vulnerable routes and prevent future attacks, urging residents to offer any useful information to aid the investigation.",
