"summary": "The Korea Times reports that Seoul will host the second Better Together Seoul Culture & Wellness Festival on Friday, a cultural festival aimed at bridging the gap between foreign and local residents through Korean beauty, wellness, and lifestyle programs. The event will take place at Oullim Square in Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a prominent landmark in central Seoul, and will run from 1:30 to 5 p.m. on Hangeul Day, a national holiday. The festival, organized by the Seoul Foreign Resident Center with support from the city, will see participation from the embassies of Colombia, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan, as well as a Spanish cultural center. International student associations will also assist in running booths. Attendees can look forward to a K-beauty and health zone offering AI skin analysis, personal color diagnosis, face painting, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, a virtual reality safety program, and CPR training. Additionally, the K-culture zone will feature activities such as making traditional Korean horsehair hats, calligraphy, and folk games like jegichagi, where players keep a shuttlecock aloft with their feet.",
