"account": "President Donald Trump has ordered the execution of former US Army Major Nidal Hasan by a firing squad for the 2009 Fort Hood shooting that killed 13 people and wounded 32 others. Trump approved the decision based on the recommendation of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell. The execution, which will be carried out by the Army, will take place at a later date to be determined. Hasan shouted \"Allahu Akbar\" during the attack, which targeted unarmed active-duty soldiers and a retired serviceman. Military executions are rare, with the last one occurring in 1961, and this would be the first military execution since then. The decision comes after difficulties in obtaining lethal injection drugs for federal executions, leading to the consideration of alternative methods such as firing squad, hanging, or gas asphyxiation.",
