"account": "KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's Communications Ministry has presented its 2027 Budget proposal, prioritizing the expansion of the country's creative sector. Minister Fahmi Fadzil highlighted the ministry's shift beyond existing programs, emphasizing the film, animation, music, arts, and culture industries. The ministry aims to explore the \"orange economy\" or creative economy, seeking approval from the Finance Ministry for these initiatives. In April, Fahmi announced the establishment of the Orange Economy Council, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, to harness the creative industry's potential and bolster national economic growth amid the global energy crisis. Fahmi noted that cabinet ministers receive no indication of whether their requests will be approved until the Prime Minister's speech during the Budget presentation on October 9.",
