"account": "US President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday that allows anyone to buy tax-free red-dyed diesel, a fuel typically reserved for off-road use. The decision came as high pump prices, driven by the Iran war, were affecting Trump's Republican party as they prepared for the midterm elections. At a rally in Nebraska, Trump announced the order, explaining that it would officially waive the off-road requirement, allowing any buyer to purchase the red-dyed diesel for any reason. The president, who admitted his ignorance of the fuel, joked to the crowd, \"I don't know what the hell it is, but whatever it is, it's supposed to be very good.\" Red-dyed diesel is essentially standard diesel, but it is exempt from highway fuel taxes.",
"summary": "The executive order allowed anyone to buy tax-exempt diesel normally reserved for farm machinery and other off-road equipment.",
