"summary": "Pakistan has warned of a growing terrorism threat originating from Afghanistan, claiming that over 4,700 of its citizens have been killed in attacks linked to the region over the past three years. This warning was made during the Eighth Moscow Format Consultations on Afghanistan, where Pakistan's Special Representative on Afghanistan, Mohammad Sadiq, addressed the mounting security concerns. Sadiq accused the Taliban administration of failing to take effective action against militant groups operating from Afghan soil, including the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM), Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) and Al-Qaeda and its affiliated networks. Pakistan's envoy highlighted the broader security challenges in Afghanistan, including narcotics trafficking, illegal migration and human smuggling, and expressed disappointment that diplomatic efforts had not yielded the desired improvements in the security situation.",
