"account": "Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is being accused by the Opposition of abusing his position, following Supreme Court observations that his modifications to Form 6 were illegal. Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition, said that the court’s ruling proves that Kumar was abusing his authority to aid the BJP. The BJP countered Rahul’s claims, calling them “full of lies”. The Election Commission of India defended Kumar, stating that the Supreme Court’s notice to the poll panel and the Centre is “democracy in action”. The EC also reiterated that the declaration attached to Form 6 for Special Intensive Revision (SIR) has been upheld by the Supreme Court.",
