"account": "The Nigeria Democratic Congress has rejected claims that its National Leader, Senator Seriake Dickson, is collaborating with the ruling All Progressives Congress to sabotage Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidates of the National Democratic Congress. The party called the allegation false and malicious, reiterating its commitment to Dickson and the NDC presidential ticket. National Publicity Secretary, Osa Director, addressed the issue in a statement in Abuja on Monday, dismissing the alleged secret or open deal between Dickson and the APC. He emphasized that Dickson is not associated with the APC or any other party, and his political record contradicts such claims. The NDC's position is that Dickson joined the opposition to help build the NDC alongside other opposition figures challenging the ruling party's dominance. The party urged opposition members and supporters to remain focused on the 2027 presidential election and work towards their candidates' victory.",
